Fleet assessment
We walk the fleet, document condition per unit, and give you a prioritized plan — what needs attention now, what can wait a season, and what's not worth spending money on.
Fleet & municipal
Scheduled bodywork, rust control, touch-up and appearance programs for contractors, property managers, rental operations and public agencies across Summit County.
The case
A branded vehicle is seen thousands of times a week, by exactly the people you're trying to reach, in exactly the places you work. It is almost certainly the highest-impression marketing asset in your business, and unlike everything else in the budget, it's already paid for.
The problem is that it communicates whether or not you manage it. A clean, straight, properly-lettered truck tells a homeowner in Breckenridge that you'll be careful in their house. The same truck with a caved-in bed side, rusted rockers and a faded wrap tells them something else, and they will never mention it to you — they'll just call someone else.
The same logic applies to public fleets with a different emphasis. A municipal vehicle is a visible statement about how the town maintains what it owns, and it's in front of residents and visitors every day.
How we work with fleets
Fleet work fails when it takes vehicles out of service unpredictably. That's the problem we solve first.
We walk the fleet, document condition per unit, and give you a prioritized plan — what needs attention now, what can wait a season, and what's not worth spending money on.
Quoted per vehicle class rather than per job, so you can budget the year instead of reacting to invoices.
Units cycle through in a planned order, a set number at a time, so your operation never has a gap. We'll build the calendar around your busy season, not the other way around.
The highest-return line item for any fleet that runs through Summit County winters. Annual cavity treatment and undercoating costs a fraction of replacing rockers and beds on ten trucks.
Fleet colors matched across model years and across units, so the fleet reads as one fleet.
Itemized written estimates, per-unit records and invoicing that holds up in a procurement review or an audit.
Municipal
Working with towns, counties and special districts has requirements that private work doesn't. We're insured, W-9 ready, and able to provide certificates of insurance, itemized estimates in the format your finance department needs, and per-unit documentation for your asset records.
We can quote against a written scope for a bid process, or work on a purchase-order basis for ongoing maintenance. If you need references from other commercial accounts before awarding work, ask and we'll provide them.
For plow and utility fleets specifically: the brine exposure is worse than anything in the private fleet world, and the failure points are predictable. A structured annual rust program on those vehicles measurably extends service life, which is a capital budget argument as much as a maintenance one.
Questions
There's no hard minimum. Three trucks getting regular work is a fleet relationship as far as we're concerned. The pricing advantage grows with volume and with predictability — a scheduled program is worth more to us than the same number of one-off jobs, and we price it that way.
For dent repair, touch-up and detailing, yes. Paint, rust repair and structural work need the shop. For a larger program we'll usually do an on-site assessment and triage, then bring vehicles in on a schedule.
We handle the paint and body side, and coordinate with wrap installers on scheduling so the surface is correct and properly prepped before graphics go on. A wrap over failing clear coat takes the clear with it when it comes off.
Rust control, without much competition. Bodywork fixes what already happened. A structured cavity and undercarriage program stops the thing that takes trucks off the road permanently, and it's cheap per unit compared to panel replacement.
Yes to both. Tell us what your accounting or procurement process needs and we'll match it.
